This beautiful guesthouse can sleep 1 guest comfortably or 1 adult plus 1 child. The living room features a full size bed, sofa and a window that looks out over the yard. The sofa also includes a built in movie theater sound system for enjoying the 65" Smart TV for your entertainment. There is a closet to hang your clothes, ironing board, iron and drawers and cabinets to keep all of your items organized.

Bathroom

There is one bathroom. The bathroom has a modern walk-in shower with rain shower features behind sliding glass doors. It also features a sink, a designer vanity area, and you'll find plenty of plush towels.

Kitchen

Previous guests have commented that the kitchen looks like it belongs in a home design magazine. It features sleek appliances, trendy hand stained tile backsplash, custom cabinets, and sleek luxury fixtures. Fully stocked with everything you need to make the perfect cup of coffee or make a home cooked meal.

The refrigerator/freezer and cabinets are perfect for keeping your favorite groceries organized. Early birds can wake up, start the coffee maker, prepare a quick breakfast and enjoy it in the outdoor dining space. Fresh laid eggs on your door if requested.

Lounge & Outside Space

For a change of pace, push open the sliding glass doors to blur the lines between indoor and outdoor living and step onto the beautifully landscaped outdoor space lined by passion fruit vines and lemon trees. You'll find a table for four as well as a seating area for morning coffee. There's also a gas grill and pizza oven if you choose to eat in. Our hens lay eggs daily if you enjoy a fresh cracked egg for breakfast. We also have two friendly dogs on property. The guesthouse is pet free.

Ninety-seven percent (97.00 %) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00 %) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
